How do I track my order?
You can track your order via Australia Post Tracking . Enter the tracking number provided to you, found in the order confirmation email we sent you.
Can I modify or cancel after it has been placed?

Why haven't I received my order confirmation or email update?
If you are awaiting an order status update or haven't received a response to an email, please check your junk folder - your virus scanner or firewall may be blocking us and placing our emails in your spam or junk folder. We always send order updates immediately upon receipt of order and after dispatch. Get in touch here if you still can't find any updates.
Shipping
What shipping options do you offer?
We ship within Australia and around the globe with our select couriers. You will receive a tracking number once your order is on its way. We offer standard shipping via Australia Post but you may purchase Express Shipping and/or Signature required on delivery options of preferred.
Your shipping confirmation email from DoggieBalm Co. or BARK.COM.AU will contain your tracking number if you wish to track the order yourself or check updates.
Our system automatically prints shipping labels. If for any reason your address is wrong and its returned to us, a re-delivery fee will be calculated and charged based on your destination address Australia wide. Please contact us ASAP if you need to make any changes to your address before we ship the order. If your order has shipped please use the provided tracking number and contact Australia Post to arrange re-delivery or pick up from your local Post Office.
HIGH PRIORITY PROCESSING
Fast Track Processing - Get your order processed quicker!
If you select and pay for "High Priority" Processing, We'll process your order within 24hrs (instead of the normal 48hrs-72hrs) allowing you to receive your BARK.COM.AU Order faster than other customers. This upgrade will ensure your order leaves the BARK.COM.AU warehouse faster than usual. Note. This service is not an Australia Post guarantee. All orders remain subject to Australia Post terms and conditions once dispatched from the BARK.COM.AU warehouse.
URGENT DELIVERIES
Please select EXPRESS SHIP option if you need your order faster than normal delivery. We can also arrange private courier (extra cost borne by customer) if your order is required urgently or by due date.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please make sure the address is correct at the time of order. If you think the address may not be correct, please email us immediately at team@bark.com.au and we will do our best to assist. However once your order has left the warehouse we cannot redirect. If orders are undeliverable and returned to us for any reason, we will either offer to redeliver and charge a redelivery fee or issue a refund less shipping and handling costs (Typically $9.99+ for Australian orders depending on final destination).
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs will vary based on weight and location of your order. Shipping costs will be shown to you at the checkout before you are charged. We offer free shipping for orders over $120.00.
Free shipping is only applied to the final order value after any discount has been applied. If the sub total is less than $120 then shipping is not applied.
Do you ship internationally?
We don't normally ship international but can make arrangements depending on the destination. Please email us the items you would like to order and we will send you a quote for your items plus shipping costs to your destination.
Please ensure you are aware of the import regulations, taxes or charges that your country may impose on your delivery. We will not be responsible for any extra cost you may receive or fees that are imposed by your own country.
Returns
What is your return policy?
When can I expect my refund?
Return processing typically takes one to two weeks to arrive at the warehouse and can take up to three weeks from the date received to be processed. We'll send you an email once your return package has been received and another email confirming your refund has been fully processed. If you've waited more than three weeks with no email from us, please reach out to us, and we will gladly help you out.
How do I start a return?
To arrange a return, please email team@bark.com.au You must not attempt to return any products before having first arranged a return with us. Where we accept such returns, we regret that we will not refund any shipping cost. Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (if applicable). Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Are your treats 100% natural?
Our treats are 100% natural and Australian - Made from Australian animals.
Dogs LOVE our specially selected range of 100% Natural Australian doggie treats. Farm fresh and locally produced from Australian animals.
Our dehydrated treats range is ethically sourced and produced from grass-fed beef cattle, the Kangaroo treats from real Australian Kangaroo, and the chicken is grown from local Aussie farms.
NATURAL TREATS CAN BE SMELLY?
Important! Our natural treats are not sprayed with artificial preservatives, additives, or bleached to remove smell for human consumption. Our treats are not treated by radiation, or treated by hidden chemicals to prolong shelf life, or to make them look neat and appealing to humans. These treats are 100% natural (smelly to humans but delicious to dogs) and therefore, depending on the age of the animal or season, the treats you order may differ in size, color or smell.. as natural, untreated treats don't look the same all year round. The smell of our 100% natural treats is intense. You may not like this but your dog will. This is mother nature.
