Refund Policy & Terms
If you are not happy with your DoggieBalm product/s, please return within 14 days and we will provide you a full refund on the product (shipping not included).
Please contact us if you have any concerns or questions - we love feedback and will always do our best to find you the right balm for your dog.
- We have a 14 day returns policy. We can not accept any product return or offer refund after 14 days from date of purchase.
- We will only refund on receipt of returned product. A brief explanation of why you are returning the product is helpful so that we can ensure you don't have the same experience.
- We will only refund the product purchase (shipping is not included). Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product issued is faulty on receipt. Photo of damaged product will be required.
Subscription Box Terms & Conditions
1. No returns due to change of mind (unless prior arrangements made)
2. If you cancel (which is fine) there is 3 month waiting period to re-join the program (unless you are changing to another program). This is to prevent any deliberate exploitation of the program.
3. We reserve the right to limit or change the program to ensure our customers always receive the best value. We also reserve the right to restrict the number of memberships offered in any given period.
4. At times some items may become out of stock due to animal availability (our treats are made fresh from Aussie animals. Some items are seasonal). We will always ensure any swap of product is of equal or greater value.
5. We'll work with you to make sure you love this experience.
All purchases of physical items from The DoggieBalm Co. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery from our carrier to you.
TITLE OF OWNERSHIP
Ownership is not transferable until all products supplied by The DoggieBalm Co. are paid in full. The Doggie Balm Co. reserves the right to ownership and title of ownership until such time that all physical goods supplied by The DoggieBalm Co. are paid in full by you.
DISCLAIMER And LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DOGGIEBALM CO. WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SERVICE OR ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT OR MATERIALS INCLUDED IN OR MADE AVAILABLE AS PART OF THIS AGREEMENT. THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION WILL NOT LIMIT OR EXCLUDE LIABILITY FOR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY THE SERVICE, THE DOGGIEBALM Co GROSS NEGLIGENCE, INTENTIONAL MISCONDUCT, OR FRAUD.
EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN, THE DOGGIE BALM Co. MAXIMUM LIABILITY TO YOU ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO SUPPLY OF GOODS OR SERVICES UNDER THESE SERVICE TERMS WILL BE LIMITED TO THE SUMS PAID BY YOU TO THE DOGGIE BALM Co. UNDER THESE SERVICE TERMS DURING THE THREE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE TIME THE CAUSE OF ACTION AROSE. I HEREBY WAIVE ANY FINANCIAL LOSS OR PHYISCAL LOSS OR DAMAGE CLAIMS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE DOGGIE BALM Co. BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, ALTERATION, DAMAGES OR NEGATIVE PUBLIC MEDIA.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, The DoggieBalm Co. will correct, for no additional charge, any defects in workmanship of any supplied product within 30 days from the date you received the product. This 30-day warranty is not an admission of any liability and is only valid after evidence of the comprised product has been supplied to The Doggie Balm Co. The issuing of any refund is the at the complete discretion of the Doggie Balm Co. We will only refund the product purchase (shipping is not included). Return shipping is borne by the customer unless the product issued is faulty on receipt. Photo of damaged product will be required.
